Ceramic Fibre Square Braid

CFSB Series of braids are manufactured from high quality ceramic fiber yarns.
The yarn are manufactured by carding high purity ceramic fibre 1260 grade with a small percentage of cellulose fibre to assist in processing.
The cellulose content will burn off above 200°C without affecting the properties. Ceramic braid has superior insulation properties to 1260°C, and excellent resistance to thermal shock.

Available with glass filament or stainless steel wire reinforcing.

Available Sizes: 6,9,12,16,19,22,25,32,40 & 50mm – Length: 30 & 50mtr rolls (depending on size) Cut lengths available upon request

Applications include:

High temperature packing.
Furnace door seal.
Asbestos braid replacement.

Ceramic Fibre 3 Ply Twist Rope

CFRP series of 3 Ply ropes are twisted multi-ply ceramic fibre yarns.These yarns are manufactured by carding high purity ceramic fibre 1260 grade with a small percentage of cellulose fibre to assist in processing. The cellulose content will burn off above 200°C without affecting the properties.

Standard 3-ply rope is a low density, highly compressible product and has superior insulation properties to 1260°C.

Ceramic Fibre Woven Tape

Plain & Ladder
CFT Series of ceramic fibre tapes are manufactured from high quality ceramic fibre yarns, the same specially developed fibres as the ropes & braids allowing temperatures up to 1260°C.
Both plain & ladder tapes are reinforced with either stainless steel or Inconel wire. The stainless steel / Inconel insert gives the tape maximum tensile strength at elevated temperatures.
Ladder Tape has an open centre which allows flange bolts to be pushed through which eliminates pre punching of holes.

Available Sizes: 25,40,50,75 & 100mm – Available Thickness: 1.5,3 & 6mm – Length: 10,15 & 30mtr rolls

CFBL Series of ceramic fibre blankets are produced by the most modern spinning process. Each blanket is produced from long-staple, inorganic spun fibres, It is then needled to to give it exceptional strength.
This high temperature insulation blanket can be used in applications where temperatures exceed that of glass fibre blankets (550oC), CFBL series of ceramic blankets are rated to 1260°C.
Foil faced blanket available – P.O.A – 1400 grade available – P.O.A

Ceramic Fibre Board

CFBO Series of ceramic fibre boards are a rigid, durable product manufactured from high temperature insulating refractory ceramic fiber.  These high temperature insulation boards are recommended for continuous use at temperatures up to 1260°C

Sheet sizes available: 900mm x 600mm – Available Thickness: 6, 12.5, 25 & 50mm

Ceramic Fibre Paper

CFP -Ceramic fibre paper is made from unwashed high-purity ceramic fiber. Its higher density and binders give performance properties ideal for most refractory applications. Temperature rated to 1260°C, has an excellent chemical stability, resisting attack from most corrosive agents. Exceptions are hydrofluoric, phosphoric acids and concentrated alkalies.
Should the paper get wet by water or steam, all thermal and physical properties are completely restored upon drying.
This product is easily die cut and fabricated for a variety of thermal applications.
